to the wall of the cracks and moves with the pavement will assist in preventing water intrusion. Crack sealing as part of a Pavement Management Program can reduce the amount of water
that penetrates the base, sub-base and sub-grade helping maintain the pavements structural capability and delaying pavement deterioration.
