1.Make sure the slotting machine and crack sealing machine are working well. Confirm the joints design according to the situation of pavement cracks. Start the crack sealing machine and put the sealant into the pot to be heated and mixed to 193℃ but not exceed 204℃.Trailed the crack sealing machine back of the truck, equips the sealant, separated verge, safety signs and slotting router and piggy blower or heating lance on the truck. Hang to predetermined construction sites, closed the half of road demi to be as a construction zone.
2. Slotting
Adjusted the slot depth according to the design of slotted size in advance, then start to slot. Adjust the slot size according to the type of crack width to meet the minimum requirements.
3. Crack cleaning
Clear up the dust inside the cracks and both sides of the slag at least 10cm scope thoroughly,be clean, dry and suitable temperature for operation plane.
