After the product leave from the factory, the Quality Assurance Period is 12 Months. Over the period of Quality Assurance or Over the Total operating time, our company will not be responsible for the Hot air lance. All the maintenance costs should be paid by the users.
In the period of assurance, if the quality question is caused by material or the production engineering, the products could be maintained or repaired for free.
The following is not included in the guarantee range
The hot air lance damage is caused by customer disassembles, refit, and replace the spare parts of machine in private.
The hot air lance damage is caused by wrong operation, maintenance, and transportation.
The normal wear and tear in the working of machine.
The machine damage is caused by the maintenance company that has not gained the permission of Doan Machinery co.,ltd.
The charge of replace and maintenance of easy workout parts could be taken by the customer.
The charge of postage of the replaced part could be taken by the customer.
